Hi ! I’m Davide, let me tell you something about me .

I studied Food and Beverage Management with the Cornell University and became Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommelier.

Since my first day of job in a restaurant, cleaning tables and collecting customers Jackets, have passed 15 years.

In this years I invested a lot of time, energy and money in my career. I had the chance to work in different countries such as Italy, England, Austria, Switzerland and Spain.

Also working with some of the best chefs in the world such as Daniel Humm and Mauro Colagreco.

In the meanwhile my passion for wines brought to win some titles such as Best Young Somm of Switzerland 2018, 3rd best Somm for Global Gaggenau Award in China 2018 and 2nd best Sommelier of Spain 2019.

Throughout my career path, I went from assistant waiter to became Restaurant Manager of Michelin Star Restaurant and Beverage Director of top Hotels.

Now it’s time to put this knowledge to your service. .
